My daughter was 3 years old when I made her this little top. I used soft jersey knit, which was a “left over” piece from my previous boss, Tsumori Chisato. It’s quite easy to make and I love the , style and it’s airy and light for hot Summer days. I believe it’s also a nice pattern, if you are looking for a swimsuit top!
sewing techniques
- Attach Frill Sleeves to Torso
- Finish the Neckline with a bias tape or facing
- Optional: use a twin needle or a cover stitch machine to finish hems
