A nice idea, simple and quick to sew! The balloon skirt is simply connected to a long sleeve shirt.

Just cut your preferred lenght from the hipline to the hem. The width should be 1/3 wider than

the T-shirt width. Ruffle the skirt fabric to the width of the T-shirt and connect both pieces with a straight stitch.

The edges should be covered by zigzag or overlock. Pull a string through the hemline and ruffle there as much as you like… Bravo ~ finished!
