There is a new place in Tokyo where meat-lovers, tex-mex fanatix and BBQ devotees find their Eldorado.
It is the “Bulldog Tex Mex BBQ” in Akazaka Mitsuke. Precious Fujimama’s owner Lauren Shannon and her husband opened this restaurant just at the end of June. You can enjoy their home smoked meats for lunchtime and dinner and they also do caterings, take outs and deliveries!!
For extra comfort while you enjoy your meals, my student Mary and me did several tex-mex-looking cushions for the cozy sofas in the restaurant.
